Our climate is hard on outdoor materials, intense UV for 300+ sunny days a year, sudden hard rain during monsoon season, spring wind and dust events, and soil that shifts more than people expect. Cheap, thin-gauge metal and poorly sealed welds don’t hold up here; that’s usually why a fence starts rusting at the joints or a gate starts sagging within a year or two. We use premium-grade material on every job, properly seal and finish every weld before it’s painted or powder-coated, and set posts in concrete footings sized for local soil conditions, so what we install still works the way it should years later.
We also regularly work with Albuquerque HOAs that have specific design and material requirements, providing the drawings and specs needed for design review approval.
